Acumen is a small, estate-focused winery devoted to crafting intense mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from their vineyard on Atlas Peak in Napa Valley, situated at approximately 1,600 feet in elevation. The wines are made by winemaker Phillip Titus, one of Napa Valley's most distinguished winemakers with three decades of experience at Titus Vineyards and Chappellet Vineyards, where he earned numerous critical accolades.

This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers classic Napa Valley mountain character: rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, and toasty oak spice layered with crushed rock, earthy minerals, sweet tobacco, and freshly ground coffee. On the palate, fine-grained, velvety tannins frame lush dark berry flavors with hints of clove, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, leading to a long, complex finish.
