Crafted from a distinctive mash bill of 79% rye, 15% malted rye, and 6% malted barley, this expression pays tribute to America's original farmer distillers who malted small portions of grain to start fermentation. The bold, peppery spice of the rye combines with the soft, floral and earthy character of malted rye, while the malted barley contributes rich, sweet, toasted notes.
