Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond is a 7-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that pays tribute to the earliest days of the distillery's history, when in 1939 Heaven Hill released its first Bottled-in-Bond bourbon. This expression quickly became the top-seller in the state of Kentucky and remains the distillery's flagship bourbon today.

Produced at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, and bottled at 100 proof, this bourbon is crafted using a classic mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is aged three years beyond the four-year minimum required by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, developing a rich complexity and depth of flavor.

Tasting notes include a golden amber color with warm aromas of vanilla, honey, and rich caramel sweetness. The palate is smooth and warm with caramel, honey, subtle rye spice, and just enough oak and char to round out the richness. The finish is long and lingering with cinnamon spice balanced against sweet caramel and cherry notes.

This award-winning bourbon received Double Gold at the 2024 International Spirits Challenge, Double Platinum at the 2024 Ascot Awards, and was named #4 in Whisky Advocate's Top 20 Whiskies of 2019.
