Widow Jane The Vaults is a limited-release blend of the distillery's oldest and rarest bourbons, aged a minimum of 15 years. Sourced from Tennessee and Indiana, the whiskeys are meticulously refined at the Widow Jane distillery in Brooklyn, New York, and finished in unique casks raised from four-year air-seasoned Chinquapin Oak harvested from limestone-rich shelves in Northern Kentucky.

Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof), The Vaults delivers a rich and complex tasting profile. The nose offers toasted marshmallow, pear turnover, honeydew, and cinnamon. The palate features honeycomb, butterscotch, raisin, molasses, dried apricots, and root beer. The finish lingers with pralines and cream, roasted oolong, black walnut, and licorice.
