Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif is a bold, full-bodied Petite Sirah produced in Suisun Valley, California, by the Wagner family — the celebrated winemakers behind Caymus Vineyards. Suisun Valley sits approximately 40 miles southeast of Napa Valley and is well suited to the Durif grape, which is known in the New World as Petite Sirah. The "Grand" designation reflects the wine's grand, expressive style.

The wine pours a deep, majestic purple. On the nose it offers aromas of blueberries, wet earth, and saddle leather. The palate opens broad, smooth, and weighty, then builds with rich, harmonious tannins and a finish that reveals vanilla notes from oak aging.
