Gorman Winery's The Devil Makes Three is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from Washington State's Columbia Valley, crafted by winemaker Chris Gorman. The blend is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small portions of Merlot and Malbec, sourced predominantly from the Candy Mountain vineyard in eastern Washington, and aged in once-used French oak barrels.
This bold, structured red delivers concentrated flavors of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and black currant, layered with notes of cocoa powder, black tea, and coffee grounds. The wine is powerful yet well-balanced, with refined tannins and lively acidity. Recent vintages have earned 91-point ratings from major wine publications, and the wine has ranked among Columbia Valley's top 100 wines. Gorman Winery, founded in 2002 and based in Woodinville, Washington, is recognized as one of the Pacific Northwest's outstanding small producers.
The Devil Makes Three pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef dishes, duck confit, and game meats such as venison. Contains sulfites.
