This 600g (21.2 oz) jar features a thick, creamy, and smooth texture with a distinctive bright green color and rich pistachio flavor. The spread contains 45% pistachios as the primary ingredient, making it a premium alternative to traditional hazelnut spreads.

The cream is crafted with simple, quality ingredients including pistachios, sugar, milk powder, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower oil and cocoa butter), and soy lecithin as an emulsifier. It contains no palm oil and is gluten-free. May contain other shell nuts.

Ideal for baking applications such as cookies, cakes, and filled croissants.
