Porter Creek Chardonnay is a California white wine sourced principally from the winery's own hillside vineyard parcel in the Russian River Valley, with a small contribution from an older vineyard in the neighboring Green Valley neighborhood. The grapes are grown using the Old Wente clone, renowned for producing wines of rich body and aromatic complexity.

The winery practices organic and biodynamic farming on its terraced, steep hillside estate, with low yields that enhance acidity and brightness in the finished wine. Winemaking follows a European-inspired, minimalist approach: whole cluster pressing, natural yeast fermentation, and aging in 228-liter French oak barrels for approximately 11 months with no more than 25–30% new oak, preserving the vineyard's character while adding subtle texture. The result is a Burgundy-inspired Chardonnay offering flinty minerality, fresh citrus aromas, and a lush, crisp finish.
