Ella Jones Single Barrel Bourbon Colorado 750ml

Ella Jones Single Barrel Bourbon is a Colorado Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted by The Family Jones, a grain-to-glass distillery based in Denver, Colorado. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV) and aged approximately 3 years in new charred American oak barrels (Char #3), this 750ml bottle represents the distillery's commitment to fully Colorado-made whiskey.

The mashbill is composed of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, all sourced from Colorado regenerative farms including Whiskey Sisters in eastern Colorado, Root Shoot Malting/Olander Farms in Loveland, and GBT Farms in Johnstown. Every step — milling, distilling, aging, and bottling — takes place in Colorado.

On the nose, expect crème brûlée, toffee, apricot, vanilla, and a touch of anise. The palate opens with dry clove and cinnamon spice, followed by pear, peach, vanilla, cornbread, and a pop of rye. The medium-length finish delivers rye spice, tart cherries, light oak, caramel, and maple syrup with fading barrel char.
