Talisker The Wild Explorador Single Malt Scotch Whisky Scotland 750ML

Talisker The Wild Explorador is a 2023 Special Release single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye, bottled at natural cask strength of 59.7% ABV. This limited edition expression is part of Diageo's annual Special Releases series and pays homage to the great Portuguese explorers and their iconic Caravel sea vessels, finished in a combination of Ruby, White, and Tawny Port casks.

The nose presents bright maritime notes of sea air with hints of oyster shell, salt, and sand dune on a spicy and peaty base, along with rich, sweet hints of white grape, dark fruit, and dry tannin. On the palate, these characters merge into a creamy-smooth, richly fruity taste with waves of saltiness, smoke, and spice crashing through to an intense finish.
