Vite Colte Rosso Fuoco is an organic Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G. red wine from Piedmont, Italy, produced by Vite Colte — a winery established in 2000 directly below the most prestigious Barolo cru vineyards in the Langhe. The winery combines rigorous terroir study with modern technical precision and certified organic viticulture.
In the glass, the wine presents an intense, vivid ruby red. The nose offers ripe plum and black cherry with the generous, expressive fruit character typical of organic Barbera from the Langhe. On the palate it is dry and characterful, with good body and the naturally high acidity and low tannin structure that make Barbera d'Asti one of Italy's most food-friendly reds. Alcohol content is 14% ABV. Best served between 16°C and 18°C.
Pairs well with meat-filled pasta, grilled meats, and structured fish dishes. Contains sulphites. Sold in cases of 12 x 750ML bottles.
