Astraea Spirits Mist Gin is a London dry gin crafted to evoke the crisp, misty winter days of the Pacific Northwest. Produced by Master Distiller Danielle Leavell — one of a handful of female distillers in the U.S. trained in traditional brewing and distilling methods at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland — this gin merges European distillation techniques with a modern Pacific Northwest sensibility. Botanicals are macerated and distilled in a Vendome copper kettle still in small batches, then brought to 90 proof (45% ABV) using locally sourced botanicals.

The flavor profile goes light on the juniper, offering bright, prominent citrus aromas with a light earthiness on the nose. On the palate it delivers a clean, crisp character with citrus, light juniper, and savory undertones, finishing balanced and refreshingly crisp. This expression is exceptionally well-suited for classic gin cocktails or enjoyed simply over ice. Astraea Mist Gin was awarded a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022.
