Mont Gravet Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre is a classic GSM red blend from the Pays d'Oc appellation in Languedoc, southern France. The wine is sourced from vineyards near the village of Argeliers in East Languedoc, where south-facing gentle slopes called "Mont" and clay soils with rolled pebbles ("Gravet") combine to force deep root growth and concentrate the wine's elegance. Atlantic and Mediterranean breezes moderate the warm southern climate, preserving freshness and aromatics.

The blend is composed of 34% Grenache, 33% Syrah, and 33% Mourvèdre. Each variety is separately harvested, destemmed, and fermented with a 15-day maceration at 26–28°C in concrete tanks. The Syrah is then aged for 5 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels, while the Grenache and Mourvèdre rest on fine lees in concrete tanks before the lots are blended and the wine undergoes crossflow filtration. The result is a deep ruby wine with a hint of purple, offering intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, garrigue herbs, black pepper, and a whisper of clove and vanilla from the oak. On the palate it is smooth and well-structured, with silky tannins and a long, spice-driven finish. Alcohol is 13.5%.
