Louis Roederer Cristal 2015 is one of the most prestigious vintage Champagnes in the world, produced by the historic Champagne house Louis Roederer, founded in 1776. Cristal was originally created in 1876 exclusively for Tsar Alexander II of Russia and has since become a symbol of luxury and refinement. This single-bottle offering presents the celebrated 2015 vintage.

The 2015 Cristal is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, sourced for the first time since 2002 from all 45 estate plots with vines over 20 years old — a rare distinction that reflects the exceptional quality of this continental year. Approximately 25% of the base wines are aged in oak barrels, and the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. After nearly 7 years aging on the lees, it is finished with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. The vineyards are managed using sustainable and biodynamically-inspired practices including massal selection, biodynamic composts, and permaculture principles.

The 2015 vintage produced wines of great concentration and freshness, guided by the white chalk soils of the Champagne region. The nose opens with citrus blossom, mint, lemon and lime zest, evolving into apple, nectarine, chalky minerality, raw almond, patisserie, and white flowers with a discreet hint of oak.
