Jeptha Creed Red, White & Blue is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon crafted at the Jeptha Creed Distillery in Shelbyville, Kentucky, a 64-acre farm distillery operated by mother-daughter team Joyce and Autumn Nethery. The bourbon is named for its distinctive mash bill of three heirloom corn varieties grown on the property, with the red, white, and blue colors reflecting both the grains and the American flag — a tribute underscored by the distillery's commitment to donating a portion of proceeds to veterans.

The mash bill is composed of 25% Bloody Butcher Heirloom Corn (red), 25% Heirloom White Corn (white), 25% Bruce's Blue Heirloom Corn (blue), 20% Malted Rye, and 5% Malted Barley — all grown in-house. Aged 4 years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this bourbon delivers a rich, layered character unique among American craft whiskeys.

On the nose, warm caramel opens alongside notes of strawberry, pear, fresh cut grass, and cedar. The palate offers stone fruits including plum and black cherry, with pecan and brown butter in a buttery mouthfeel. The finish is long, with leather, tobacco, root vegetables, and chai tea lingering well after the sip.
