Cave de Sancerre Sancerre Rosé is a French rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, produced by the Cave de Sancerre cooperative in the Loire Valley's prestigious Sancerre appellation. This dry rosé features a glowing pink color in the Provence style, with fragrant and appetizing aromas of wild strawberry, peach, and redcurrant. The wine is light-colored but delivers brighter strawberry fruit character from the noble Pinot Noir variety.
The grapes are harvested with enough acidity to be vibrant on the palate while ripe enough for beautiful, soft fruit. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless-steel tanks to preserve brightness and purity of flavor. It pairs well as an aperitif or alongside salads, seafood, and white meat dishes. Alcohol content is approximately 13% ABV. 750ML bottle.
