The eGift cards are delivered digitally via email, normally within 2 hours of purchase. To redeem in-store, display the barcode to the cashier on your mobile device or a printout. For best results, store and display your Subway gift card in the Subway mobile app. Note that the barcode must be displayed on a light or white background to scan properly and will not work if your phone display is set to dark mode.

Cards can be loaded with a dollar value and the prepaid balance never expires, with no fees charged in connection with use. The gift cards can be registered at subway.com for balance protection in case of loss, theft, or damage. They may also be used in conjunction with the Subway Rewards Program. This item is non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
