Old Elk Single Barrel Bourbon Colorado 750ML

Old Elk Single Barrel Bourbon is a premium straight bourbon whiskey crafted at Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado. Each bottle comes from an individually selected barrel, chosen for its distinct character and flavor profile, making every expression unique.

Old Elk's signature high-malt bourbon mashbill features four times more malt than a typical bourbon, delivering delicate subtlety alongside a classic profile of vanilla, caramel, and gentle spice. The whiskey is aged a minimum of 8 years, with only the finest barrels reserved for the single barrel program — held well beyond industry norms to ensure ideal maturity and balance. Each barrel is evaluated individually by the distillery team before bottling.

The bottle features a custom label detailing the specific barrel's mashbill, age, and bottling date. Distilled and bottled in Colorado, this 750ML bottle is a standout selection for bourbon enthusiasts seeking a one-of-a-kind expression with genuine provenance.
