Red Mare Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine sourced from organic and sustainably farmed vineyards. The wine is a blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon (approximately 85%), complemented by Petite Sirah, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Old-world winemaking techniques favor precision and terroir expression over additives, with aging in French oak from three trusted coopers using only 30% new oak per vintage to preserve the wine's sense of place.
The nose opens with ripe currants and maraschino cherries, broadening with time to reveal tobacco leaf, pie spices, and dark chocolate. On the palate, wild cherry and lush red fruits are supported by bright acidity, silky tannins, and a lingering finish. Alcohol content is approximately 14.9% ABV. This 1.5L magnum format is ideal for entertaining and aging.
