The Pro 20 BTE features Bluetooth Low Energy Audio with Auracast broadcast technology, enabling direct wireless streaming to compatible iOS and Android devices. Hands-free calling is supported on iOS. A built-in telecoil allows compatibility with induction loop (hearing loop) systems found in theaters, churches, and public venues. The hearing aids are IP68-rated for maximum dust and water resistance.
