Patrimony is the flagship label from DAOU Vineyards, founded by brothers George and Daniel Daou. The estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is known for exceptionally high phenolics, guided by Daniel Daou's palate and proprietary fermentation techniques.

The wine is aged approximately 30 months in 100% new French oak barrels, producing a full-bodied wine with deep aromas of cassis, blueberry, pomegranate, and currants, along with nuances of tobacco, chocolate, and toasted spices.
