Stéphane Aviron Fleurie is a red wine from the Fleurie appellation, one of the ten celebrated crus of Beaujolais in Burgundy, France. Crafted entirely from Gamay grapes, this wine comes from "La Mandone," a family-owned hillside vineyard on the western side of the appellation. The vines range from 55 to 90 years old ("Vieilles Vignes" — old vines) and must be hand-harvested due to the steep granite slopes, yielding grapes of exceptional maturity and concentration.

Stéphane Aviron is known for combining sustainable viticulture with classic Burgundian winemaking techniques, emphasizing old-vine character and terroir expression across the Beaujolais crus. The wine is produced using traditional methods that preserve the natural fruit character and structure of the Gamay grape.

The Fleurie displays abundant ripe, macerated fruit with rich, structured tannins and a vertical, age-worthy profile.
