Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Macaroon Stout is a limited-edition imperial stout aged for a full year in bourbon barrels before adding rich cocoa nibs, sweet candied ginger, and toasted coconut. This decadent stout is an homage to the flavors of homemade coconut macaroons, delivering a nostalgic twist on the classic Bourbon County lineup.
Brewed in Illinois by Goose Island Beer Co., this barrel-aged imperial stout clocks in at 14.6% ABV. Each 16.9 oz bottle is part of the highly anticipated annual Bourbon County Stout release, known for its deep complexity and rich, layered flavors. The Costco pack includes 12 bottles.
