The 2015 Dom Pérignon is a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from the 17 Grands Crus of the Champagne appellation and the Premier Cru of Hautvillers — the sacred abbey where Dom Pierre Pérignon himself served as Cellar Master beginning in 1668. After no fewer than eight years of elaboration and disgorged in January 2023, this vintage is released at its first Plénitude with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter. The 2015 vintage's aromas span roasted cocoa, lime blossom, jasmine, and peony, with subtle accents of aniseed and cardamom.
