Very Old Barton 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced at the historic Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, now owned by the Sazerac Company. This bourbon is crafted from a high-rye mashbill and matured for an average of four to six years in charred American oak casks before being bottled at a full 100 proof (50% ABV).
