Adelaida Vineyards HMR Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir from Paso Robles, California. This wine is produced from the historic Hoffman Mountain Ranch (HMR) Vineyard, home to the Central Coast's oldest Pinot Noir vines, originally planted in 1964 by Dr. Stanley Hoffman. The 35-acre old vine Pinot Noir block grows in limestone-rich soils at elevation, producing wines with natural bright fruit acidity.
The wine offers fruit-forward aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and musky rose. The limestone soils of the Adelaida District contribute to the wine's distinctive minerality and structure. Adelaida Vineyards is located at 5805 Adelaida Road in west Paso Robles, where the unique terroir of the Adelaida District provides ideal conditions for Burgundian varieties.
