Old Potrero California Cellar Series #01 is a straight rye whiskey distilled in San Francisco and finished for 5 months in Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon American Oak barrels. The whiskey is twice distilled in a small copper pot still from a mash of 100% rye malt and aged for more than 6 years before finishing.

Bottled at cask strength (56.6% ABV), this expression is part of Old Potrero's California Cellar Series, which pairs the distillery's San Francisco rye heritage with premium wine casks sourced in collaboration with celebrated California winemakers. The Silver Oak finish imparts distinct wine-barrel character while preserving the whiskey's classic rye backbone.
