Etna Brewing Co. Mossback West Coast IPA is a craft India Pale Ale brewed in Etna, California by one of the oldest continuously operating breweries in the American West, established in 1872. This West Coast IPA delivers the bold, hoppy character the style is known for, featuring Azacca, Cascade, and Columbus hops that contribute tropical fruit and citrus aromas alongside a clean, resinous bitterness.
Mossback pours with a bright golden hue and offers a balanced malt backbone of caramel and crystal malts that rounds out the prominent hop bitterness. With an ABV of approximately 6-7%, it is a full-flavored but approachable IPA well-suited for hop enthusiasts.
