Henri Latour et Fils La Chapelle 1er Cru Auxey-Duresses is a Burgundy red wine from one of the appellation's most respected family estates. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Premier Cru wine comes from Domaine Henri Latour et Fils, a 37-acre estate in Auxey-Duresses managed by brothers François and Sylvan Latour — the 7th generation of growers in their family. The estate's vines are 50 to 70 years old, farmed sustainably using the lutte raisonnée philosophy, which limits agrochemical use to only what is absolutely necessary.

Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted at the estate before vinification. The wine is aged in a combination of new and old oak barrels, producing a refined and structured result. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and flowers. The palate is supple, meaty, and pleasing, with soft and velvety tannins and excellent balance. It pairs well with poultry, beef, and veal.
