Heaven's Door Ascension is the inaugural Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Heaven's Door, the premium American whiskey brand co-created by iconic singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV) and non-chill filtered, this expression is a carefully crafted blend of two Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys, one of which is the brand's own distillate produced at the Heaven's Door Distillery at Six Mile Creek, Kentucky.

The blend combines two complementary mash bills: one composed of 76% corn, 15% rye, and 9% malted barley, and another with 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley. Both bourbons are aged over five years before being blended in small batches and bottled. The bottle features Bob Dylan's iconic iron gate metalwork artwork, with each expression in the Heaven's Door portfolio showcasing a different gate design.

On the nose, Ascension opens with aromas of baked bread, buttered popcorn, and dried fruit, alongside caramel, vanilla, and hints of charred wood and toasted grains. The palate reveals a rich and complex flavor profile with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper, leading to a smooth and lasting finish. Certified Kosher.
