Russet House Organic Sweet Potato Fries are made with organic sweet potatoes grown in North America, lightly coated with organic olive and/or avocado oil for a crispy, satisfying result. This resealable 4-pound bag is ideal for feeding a crowd or keeping on hand for easy weeknight sides. The fries have a noticeably sweet, natural flavor that pairs well with savory dips, aioli, burgers, hot dogs, or pulled pork.

The fries are USDA Certified Organic, non-GMO, and free from artificial flavors, artificial colors, and added sugar. Seed oils are excluded entirely — only organic olive and/or avocado oil is used. The product is certified free from all top nine allergens by CFF (Certified Free From), low in saturated fat, and a good source of Vitamin A. Produced by Russet House Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario, and certified organic by Ecocert Canada.

Four cooking methods are supported: air fryer (360°F for 16–18 minutes), convection oven (425°F for 12–16 minutes, turning once), conventional oven (400°F for 23–25 minutes, turning once), or deep fryer (375°F for 2–2.5 minutes). Keep frozen until ready to cook. Oven temperatures may vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
