Karoun Nabulsi Cheese is an authentic Middle Eastern white brined cheese originating from the Nablus region of the West Bank. This Costco pack includes two 15-ounce packages. Nabulsi is a smooth, semi-firm unripened white cheese rectangular in form. It is notably salty, as is traditional for Middle Eastern specialty cheeses, and contains spices and nigella seeds (also called black cumin seeds). The cheese has a distinctive squeaky texture and can be served alongside cucumber and tomato to balance its brininess. It is versatile as a table cheese, in sandwiches, salads, and in cooking — and can also be grilled to a golden crust.
