Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a flagship expression from Scotland's Nc'nean Distillery, crafted entirely from certified organic Scottish barley. The whisky is unpeated and bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle made from 100% recycled glass, and is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour.

Made in small batches, the spirit undergoes gentle fermentation and distillation to accentuate delicate, fruity flavours. It is matured in a blend of specially treated STR red wine casks (55%), Bourbon casks (43%), and Oloroso sherry casks (2%), giving it a signature body and sweetness. Tasting notes include orange peel, biscuit, apricot, and raspberry jam on the nose, with lemon posset, stone fruit, spiced rye bread, honey, and fudge on the palate, and a medium finish of juicy fruits and cream.

Nc'nean Distillery operates as a verified net zero facility (scopes 1 and 2) and is certified organic, B Corp certified, and a recipient of multiple international awards including a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Gold at the International Wine & Spirits Competition. The whisky is vegan friendly and gluten free. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a "Whisky Six" long drink: two parts Nc'nean to four parts soda water over ice with a sprig of fresh mint.
