Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur is a premium fruit liqueur crafted on the Samaná Peninsula of the Dominican Republic from 100% fresh passion fruit, neutral cane spirit, and cane sugar — with no artificial additives, colorings, or flavorings. Bottled at 21% ABV (42 proof), it earned 98 points from Wine Enthusiast, the publication's highest score awarded to any liqueur in seven years, and was named to their Top 100 Spirits of the Year in 2023. It also received a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The liqueur is built around a proprietary passion fruit hybrid developed by crossing two varietals sourced from California and Honduras. The result is a vine-to-bottle spirit with an intensely fresh character — thick and syrupy on the palate with concentrated tropical fruit flavor, a pronounced natural tartness balanced against moderate sweetness, and a clean, tangy finish with notes of papaya, guava, and pineapple.
