Schaller & Weber has been crafting traditional German and Austrian-style charcuterie in New York since 1937. Their Kasekrainer is made with humanely raised pork and beef, raised without antibiotics or added growth hormones. The sausages contain no added nitrates or nitrites, no artificial ingredients, and are gluten free and soy free. The Jarlsberg® cheese used is rBST free.
