Serafica Grotta della Neve Etna Bianco DOC is a Sicilian white wine from the southern slopes of Mount Etna, produced by Serafica, a family-owned estate farming organically at high altitude. The wine is made from 90% Carricante and 10% Catarratto grapes harvested at 900 meters above sea level, with a small portion aged for 12 months in 20-hectoliter French oak barrels. It carries 13.0% alcohol by volume and is produced in limited quantities of approximately 12,000 bottles per year.

The name Grotta della Neve ("Cave of Snow") references the historic volcanic caves on Etna that were once used as icehouses, evoking the wine's mineral-driven character and sense of place. The grapes are vinified using a cryomaceration technique that preserves the elegance of the volcanic terroir. Tasting notes include lemon zest, sea spray, and wild herbs on the nose, with a crisp and precise mouthfeel. It pairs well with seafood.
