Sparkman Cellars Pearl Sauvignon Blanc is a Washington State white wine sourced from Columbia Valley, crafted by the family-owned Sparkman Cellars winery based in Woodinville, Washington. Founded in 2004 by Kelly and Chris Sparkman, the winery has grown to produce over 12,000 cases annually and is committed to making wines considered among the finest in the world.

Pearl was Kelly Sparkman's first solo wine project, created in 2009 and inspired by her love of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. The wine is named in honor of Kelly's great-grandmother. The style bridges the mineral character of Sancerre with the fruit-forward expressiveness of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine opens with a nose of grapefruit, lemongrass, lime, pear, passion fruit, fresh herbs, and minerals, followed by wet stone. On the palate it delivers bright, zesty fruit flavors with richness, texture, and excellent balance. It earned a 90-point score from Wine Enthusiast. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ML format. Pairs especially well with oysters and other seafood.
