Artikaas Youngsters Baby Swiss is a traditionally crafted Dutch cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk sourced from cows grazing on mineral-rich grasses in the North of Holland. Naturally aged 4 to 6 weeks, it develops a smooth, buttery, mildly nutty flavor with the characteristic large holes formed during maturation. The cheese has a semi-hard texture and rich, creamy interior that makes it a versatile choice for everyday enjoyment.

This cheese is sold by the pound from the wheel, pre-sliced for convenience. It pairs beautifully with fruity white wines such as Pinot Grigio, and works equally well on cheese boards, sandwiches, burgers, melted on pizzas, or incorporated into fondue. Artikaas Youngsters Baby Swiss won a Bronze medal at the 2025 World Cheese Awards in the Semi-Hard Cow's Milk Cheese category.
