The wine opens with exhilarating aromas of fresh citrus and passion fruit, followed by bright flavors of lychee and pear with a lively acidity that carries through to a crisp, clean finish. The Tasting Panel notes a "glassy" mouthfeel with honeysuckle perfume, salty minerality, and a mouthwatering tropical fruit finish. It is made in a dry style with residual sugar of just 0.33 g/100 ml and an alcohol content of 13.48%.
