Four Roses Yellow Label Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth and approachable bourbon crafted at the historic Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky. This 80-proof bourbon is uniquely created by blending ten distinct Kentucky straight bourbons, each distilled and aged separately using two different mash bills and five proprietary yeast strains. The first mash bill consists of 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley, while the second uses 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley. Each bourbon is individually matured in new American oak casks within the distillery's single-story warehouses south of Louisville before being hand-blended and bottled.

The bourbon presents an inviting aroma of honey and poached pears, with a palate featuring crisp, fresh fruits and apple notes. Yeast-derived characteristics contribute light and delicate fruitiness, spicy notes, robust fruitiness, herbal essence, and floral tones. The finish is soft and smooth, making it excellent for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic bourbon cocktails.
