Crafted by Heaven Hill Distilleries at 94 proof (47% ABV), this bourbon represents a marriage of fewer than 100 carefully selected casks. The whiskey is distilled from a traditional mashbill and aged in #3 char new American oak barrels, honoring the legacy of Baptist minister Elijah Craig, who pioneered the practice of aging bourbon in charred oak casks in 1789 and is recognized as the "Father of Bourbon Whiskey."

This small batch bourbon displays a burnished copper hue and offers complex aromas of honey, sweet corn, vanilla, brown sugar, sweet fruit, and fresh mint. The palate delivers smooth and warm flavors featuring roasted nuts, creamy vanilla, molasses, tropical fruits, balanced with pleasant woody essence, dry oak, cinnamon, and nuanced accents of spice, smoke, and nutmeg.
