Fara Coffee Signature Roast is a medium/dark whole bean coffee sourced from 100% specialty grade Arabica beans grown in the mountainous regions of Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The beans are shade-grown and sustainably harvested, then craft-roasted in Austin, Texas, yielding a balanced, full-bodied cup with notes of toffee and sweet spice. The blend draws from Nicaragua and Sumatra origins, making it versatile enough for morning and afternoon brewing. It is Rainforest Alliance Certified and naturally caffeinated.

Each bag supports the Fara Foundation, an American non-profit based in Austin, Texas, that works to improve the livelihoods of coffee workers and their families in Nicaragua. Foundation initiatives include a medical clinic, elementary school scholarships, food assistance, and elder care programs.
