Anko Malbec is a 100% Malbec red wine sourced from Estancia Los Cardones vineyard in Salta, northwest Argentina, situated at 5,700 feet elevation in the Andean high desert. The name "Anko" translates to "high water" in the native language, reflecting the vineyard's unique terroir of intense high-altitude sunshine and cold Andean nights that yield deeply concentrated fruit character.

This wine displays a dark garnet purple color with rich aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, berry compote, blackberry, fig, licorice, and lavender. On the palate it delivers a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with soft, supple tannins and a long, graceful vanilla-accented finish. The wine carries 13.9% ABV and has earned 92 points from Vinous and 90 points from The Wine Advocate.

Pairs excellently with grilled meats, steak, asados, chorizos, and aged cheeses such as Manchego and Taleggio. Contains sulfites.
