Founded in 1797 and headquartered in Beaune, France, Louis Latour has been a benchmark producer of Burgundian wines for over two centuries.

This Bourgogne Pinot Noir is crafted from hand-selected Pinot Noir grapes sourced from throughout the Burgundy appellation. The grapes are fermented in traditional open-top vats to preserve aromatics and color, then aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak to develop complexity while retaining the wine's fresh character. The result is a vibrant, approachable red wine with aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral violet notes, complemented by hints of spice and earthy terroir. On the palate, it offers silky tannins, refreshing acidity, and a clean, elegant finish typical of fine Burgundy.

This wine pairs excellently with roasted chicken, duck breast, salmon, charcuterie, soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert, and classic French cuisine.
