Phonak ComPilot / TV Link S Accessory Bundle

The Phonak ComPilot and TV Link S Accessory Bundle is a wireless streaming and remote control system designed for use with compatible Phonak hearing aids, including Spice, Quest, and Venture platform models. This two-piece bundle allows hearing aid wearers to stream audio directly to both ears simultaneously, delivering a personalized listening experience without the need to raise the television volume.

The ComPilot is a neck-worn wireless streamer that acts as both a remote control and a Bluetooth receiver. It streams audio from the TV Link S base station, as well as from Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Volume, program, and mute adjustments can all be made directly from the ComPilot, giving the wearer hands-free control over their hearing aids. The TV Link S base station connects to a television or audio source via analog audio cables, transmits the audio signal wirelessly to the ComPilot, and also serves as a charging cradle for the ComPilot when not in use.

The system delivers stereo-quality TV audio wirelessly with low latency, keeping sound synchronized with on-screen video. The TV Link S has a range of up to 30 meters and supports multiple ComPilot users simultaneously, making it suitable for households where more than one person wears Phonak hearing aids. Compatible hearing aids must support the Phonak proprietary wireless protocol used by this generation of accessories.
