Tabalí Vetas Blancas Pinot Noir Reserva Especial, Limarí Valley, Chile 750 ML

Tabalí Vetas Blancas Reserva Especial is a 100% Pinot Noir from the Limarí Valley in northern Chile, produced by Viña Tabalí — a pioneer winery established in 2002 on the edge of the Atacama Desert. The "Vetas Blancas" (White Veins) name refers to the striking limestone veins found in the vineyard soils, one of Chile's most unique geological features.

The wine is sourced from two distinct vineyards: 30% from the Talinay vineyard, located just 12km from the Pacific Ocean on ancient marine terrace limestone soils, and 70% from the Espinal vineyard, situated 24km from the coast on alluvial clay-limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested into 20kg bins, cold-soaked for 8 days at 8°C, fermented in small stainless steel tanks, and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of raspberry, hints of spice, and a delicate floral character. The palate delivers fresh summer fruit — strawberries and raspberries — with touches of barrel spice and graphite, all underpinned by regional limestone minerality. The finish is clean and silky with fresh citrus acidity. ABV is 13.5%. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains sulphites. Winemaker: Felipe Müller.
