Two Hands Angels' Share Shiraz is a bold, full-bodied red wine from McLaren Vale, South Australia, produced by Two Hands Wines — one of Australia's most celebrated Shiraz-focused estates. The name "Angel's Share" refers to the portion of wine that evaporates from oak barrels during maturation, a nod to the care and patience invested in crafting each vintage.
The wine displays a deep, dark ruby color with a purple core. Aromas of red jellies, blueberry, lavender, and pepper are complemented by an intriguing overlay of Moroccan spice. On the palate, it delivers concentrated dark fruit flavors — blackberry, plum, and espresso — with robust but refined tannins, hints of vanilla and oak, and a long, powerful finish. Alcohol is approximately 14.4% ABV with a screw cap closure.
Best paired with grilled red meats, lamb chops, hearty stews, slow-braised dishes, or aged hard cheeses. This wine is approachable upon release but rewards cellaring for several years. Sold as a single 750ml bottle.
