Beringer Vineyards The Waymaker Red Blend is a bold, expressive red wine sourced from Paso Robles, one of California's most exciting emerging appellations. Established in 1876, Beringer is one of California's oldest and most storied wineries, and The Waymaker pays homage to its visionary founders by showcasing the varietals that excel in Paso Robles's warm, sun-drenched climate.

The Waymaker is a complex multi-varietal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Mourvèdre, and Tannat. This Beringer Estates Selection is hand selected from their vineyard estates and vinted and bottled by Beringer Vineyards in Sonoma, CA. The wine pours a rich medium purple and delivers aromas of black pepper and dark fruit characteristic of Paso Robles Syrah. On the palate it offers flavors of black cherry, blueberry, and plum with mocha notes and a spicy, peppery finish. Medium to full-bodied with a youthful, juicy character, it pairs beautifully with grilled and smoked meats.

Each bottle is 750ml and contains sulfites. Alcohol 14%.
