Terlano Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC 750 mL

Cantina Terlano Pinot Bianco is a celebrated white wine from the Alto Adige DOC appellation in northeastern Italy's South Tyrol region. Crafted from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes grown at elevations between 350 and 900 meters on south-southwest facing slopes, this wine exemplifies the mineral-driven, Alpine character that has made Cantina Terlano one of Italy's most respected white wine producers since its founding in 1893.

The wine is produced through manual harvest and careful grape selection, followed by gentle pressing and natural must clarification by sedimentation. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks is followed by 6–7 months of aging on the lees in steel, preserving the wine's vibrant freshness and aromatic purity.

In the glass, it pours a clear pale yellow with a slight greenish shimmer. The nose is fresh and inviting, with crisp aromas of apple and pear intertwined with notes of raspberry and lime, rounded out by delicate touches of camomile and lemon grass. On the palate, it delivers excellent balance with flavors of pear and quince underpinned by a distinctive salty minerality, finishing with persistence and elegance.

Serve at 10–12°C (50–54°F). The wine pairs beautifully with seafood such as salmon and tuna carpaccio, grilled scampi, scallops, and sea bream, as well as regional Alpine dishes including spinach spaetzle, pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses. It has received 93 points from Wine Advocate and consistently earns 90+ ratings across multiple vintages. Alcohol: 13% ABV.
