High West High Country is an American Single Malt Whiskey distilled and blended by High West Distillery in the Wasatch Mountains of Park City, Utah. This limited-release whiskey is a blend of 100% High West malt whiskeys, unfiltered and distilled on the grain for a robust, western character. Distilled "on-the-grain," the spirit retains the grain during fermentation and distillation rather than filtering it out, contributing to its full-bodied profile.

Aged for a minimum of two years in new and used charred American white oak barrels, High Country is then finished in French oak port and oloroso sherry barrels for added complexity. Bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV), the whiskey offers tasting notes of fresh apricots, toasted marshmallow, and roasted walnuts up front, followed by honeycomb, sourdough toast, and a hint of smoked lemon peel on the finish. Each 750ML bottle delivers a distinctive single malt experience rooted in the high-altitude terroir of Utah.
